The life of an egg
Is not a good life
Always in danger
Of being cracked, whisked or beaten
By a fork or a knife
You could be boiled alive
Or scrambled
Or omletted
And an egg’s life is often regretted
Because more often than you can tell
They never get chance
To break out of their shell
